About Craig McCoy

For more than 40 years, Craig McCoy has  Owned and started, built, sold, and solved problems across construction, Industrial, design, retail, Importing and distribution founding member, Highest level rentals & events (West Point, White house, VIP's, woodstock, US military, Vassar, FDR & Vall Kill ...),  services  and manufacturing. Unmatched skills for client advantage. Today he brings all of that experience to one job: as a Florida Licensed Broker  helping people buy and sell homes on Florida's Gulf Coast. Allways at the pinicle of what commands the moment.

Craig is a Broker Associate with Preferred Shore Real Estate Group (License BK3815898). He works across Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte counties and from Naples to Tampa, including expertises in  Venice, Nokomis, Siesta Key, Casey Key, Longboat Key, St. Armands, Punta Gorda, and the waterfront communities in between.

What sets Craig apart is what he did before real estate. Four decades in construction and industrial design taught him how a home is really built, and what to look for near the water. He can read a seawall, explain a flood zone, walk you through FEMA's 50% rule, and tell you what a storm-damaged property is truly worth. On the Gulf Coast, that knowledge protects you.

Craig understands the move south, too. He came to Florida from New York, where his family's roots go back centuries. He has helped many families make the same journey, and he knows what it takes: the questions, the worries, and the fresh start waiting on the other side.

He has been featured twice in ELEVATE, the magazine of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee, for his knowledge of local markets like Venice and Nokomis. He is also 72SOLD Certified, and through McCoy's Property Management he looks after homes when owners are away.

When he isn't working, you'll find Craig on the water, with Grand kids and Family or competing at the sporting clays range, living the same coastal life he helps his clients find. Goal driven to be the best in multiple industristries, Retired semi pro Skier/snowbarder,  Marksman and holds  Licenses in other industries FFL and decends from remarkable American ancestry.
